All applicants must meet the requirements outlined in the Tenant Selection Plan including but not limited to:
- Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older or disabled
- Meet current income limits set by HUD
- File a completed application form
- Be able to comply with the terms of the lease. Covenant House does not provide housekeeping services, personal care, medical services, or daily monitoring. We do have a Resident Service Coordinator who can assist residents in locating supports, but Covenant House is independent housing.
Covenant House will provide reasonable assistance to those with Limited English Proficiency.
During this unprecedented health emergency relating to COVID-19, our number one priority is keeping our staff and residents safe and well, and we ask that you help us in these prevention efforts. Currently, and until further notice, we are restricting all non-resident visitors to The Covenant House.
