All applicants must meet the requirements outlined in the Tenant Selection Plan including but not limited to:
- Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older or disabled
- Meet current income limits set by HUD
- File a completed application form
- Be able to comply with the terms of the lease. Covenant House does not provide housekeeping services, personal care, medical services, or daily monitoring. We do have a Resident Service Coordinator who can assist residents in locating supports, but Covenant House is independent housing.
Covenant House will provide reasonable assistance to those with Limited English Proficiency.
Please Note: Covenant House I & II’s one bedroom application will only be available between Monday 5/9/16 at 9:00 am to Friday 5/20/16 at 5:00 pm. Applications must be returned to Covenant House no later than July 20, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
