All applicants must meet the requirements outlined in the Tenant Selection Plan including but not limited to:

• Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older or disabled
• Meet current income limits set by HUD
• File a completed application form
• Be able to comply with the terms of the lease. Covenant House does not provide housekeeping services, personal care, medical services, or daily monitoring. We do have a Resident Service Coordinator who can assist residents in locating supports, but Covenant House is independent housing.

Covenant House will provide reasonable assistance to those with Limited English Proficiency.
